Is it me, or is the menu title attributes missing? I see an option to enter a custom label and that's it. Why is the title attribute input field missing?
I am using the latest version of WP & Genesis framework.

*update: It seems that WP has recently scratched title attributes due to accessibility concerns. Is this true?

Admin > Appearance > Menus > Screen Options > Title Attribute (confirm checked)

https://silktide.com/i-thought-title-text-improved-accessibility-i-was-wrong/ - I was wrong too. I removed them from all over the place and will use data-title and a jquery solution for tooltips at some point.
