Using Outreach Pro, in the Appearance>>Menus page, the drag and drop does not work. It seems to work if you use Customize from the Top Menu bar. Why does it not work on the menu page?

    Hi,
I'm not sure, but I have some things to check. Some of them may be known to you already.

You have WP 4.3, and I've had no trouble doing menu editing in the regular places with 4.3. As I understand it, you need to have Genesis updated to 2.1.3 to have it work well with WP 4.3, so that's something to check.

If all that is in place, then you may want to check and see if any plugins also need an update to work with 4.3, or consider contacting official Studiopress support.

    Good luck,
    Dave

Dave, Thanks for your suggestions. WP and Genesis are up to date as are the plugins. Stumped so far.

    Hmmm,
Not knowing the innards of your site, I can only offer "boilerplate" advice here - I would try disabling plugins one at a time until the problem goes away. Obviously that doesn't tell how to fix the plugin involved, but helps identify the problem.

You could check with official Studiopress support and find out if they've seen anything like this.

Beyond that, it may not be a Genesis problem, so maybe the WordPress.org forums might give some clues. There have been a variety of problems people got after upgrading to 4.3.

    Good luck,
    D
