I’m new to WordPress & don’t know a lot about coding. I’m needing a business child theme, I like the Corporate Theme then I like the Associate Theme but they aren’t mobile friendly. Is there a plugin to make them mobile responsive? What other HTML 5/mobile responsive child theme could I use to easily get that look for a small professional business?

The newer themes that are mobile responsive have a modern feel to them, making them good choices for a small business as well. Enterprise or Executive, with some personality added to them, could work. Check out the showcase for inspiration: http://www.studiopress.com/theme/executive. Otherwise, your best bet would be to hire a developer to add the appropriate responsive functions to your theme.

Thank you Lauren! I think I will be using Executive.
