    Hi Manoj,

the "Create a Doc" page is an archive page.

As a quick fix you can change the settings in Genesis - Theme Settings - Content Archives:
    http://screencast.com/t/gyj4HB6SFs6d

This will change the settings for all archive pages.

A more targeted solution would be to figure out how to create a custom page template for Buddypress Docs and include your settings in it.

    Hi @christophh,

I was having the same issue, and your fix corrected the issue across the site, but as you mention it changes it on all archive pages.

    When you say

A more targeted solution would be to figure out how to create a custom page template for Buddypress Docs and include your settings in it.

How do suggest "including my settings in it"? Do you mean creating an archive page using "the_excerpt()" rather than "the_content()"?

    Hi @benklocek,

no, it would be an archive page to show the full content without thumbnails rather than the excerpt or the content with character limit.

Or do you mean creating archive templates for all your content and setting them to show the excerpt?

You could raise an issue on Github https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-docs
about how you would create or adjust an archive template for bp_doc on the Genesis Framework...
