    Hi
The good folks at WPMUDEV suggest uploading photos to WordPress using as big an image as you have (or your server plan will allow) and letting their SMUSH product along with the template create the best image size.

When I test my legacy content (PregnancyMagazine.com) content in the template however, the template shows uneven image dimensions, most likely reflecting uneven size ratios in the original image. With past templates, the template would just trim the image (sometimes oddly) to fit in the box. How can I set up the template to make sure images fit correctly?

Secondly, perhaps due to the first issue, my images in the sidebar are hanging over the yellow border around images. Is that something that can be fixed?

    Thanks!

If you changed/updated themes you need to regenerate your images. Did you do that?

Thanks @Anita. Do you mean using Smush, or is there a setting within the theme?

    Thanks!
