    The Comments box in Post vanished after the latest WP upgrade. How do I get the comment box in the Metro theme back again? I've checked to make sure that Comments is checked off in the theme settings and in WP Discussion. I've also tried editing a post, turning comments off and then back on. The only new plugin that was installed is LoginRadius, which I deactivated to see if the comment box would return.

    To isolate on 'thing' causing this issue:

    1. Disable all plugins and check.
    2. Switch to different genesis theme, preferably sample theme to check for the issue.

    Hi Davinder,

    I've already tried disabling plugins, and this site has about 40 of them...which I personally think is 35 too many. 🙂 I'm thinking that perhaps something was missed during the last wordpress update.

    Yes, 40 plugins is a big list. Anyways, did you check by enabling sample genesis theme?

    Unfortunately, enabling another theme will destroy many of the custom changes that have been done to the site. With so much going on with this monster of a site, I fear there would be no recovering from a theme change.
