Lost Page

Hello! I am new to studio press themes and was trying to add a new page to my blog, it seemed to be successful, until I went back to find it. I nested the page under the "recipes" tab and followed all the instructions just as I did with other WP themes. For some reason the page is "lost" YET I can pull it up as long as I search my website with the title "gluten free". When I do the search it pulls it up. I have not been able to figure out how to get the page to actually come up in the drop down under the "recipes" tab yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you create a page? or was it a blog post, or a category?
I see a Gluten Free category: http://countingalljoy.com/category/gluten-free

Susan, Thank you for asking. It was under the "page" tab on the left side of my dashboard so I assumed it was set up as a page. I see now that I may need to change something, but when I go in to edit it still says that it is nested under Recipes as a page. It was meant to be that. I will get in there now to see what I can do and let you know! Thank you!

Susan, I do have categories for Gluten Free but to edit, it only shows up the page in the "pages" tab. Here is how it is nested:

The Parent: Recipes
Template: Blog (it was originally default template but I changed it to blog to see if it would show up under the page, it didn't change anything!)

I do see how the http address shows categories, how can I get rid of that so it nests in the recipes tab?
