I need a search plugin similar to the one search used on http://www.petfinder.com.

It is for a pet rescue. The one on petfinders seems to have been specially written for them. Any suggestions on a good inline multi field search plugin? Prefer one that works with widgets.

If a dropdown will work, this tutorial might work for you to build your own: http://spruce.it/noise/two-category-dropdown-search-filter-in-wordpress/ I haven't tried it, but I bookmarked it the other day because it looked promising.
