This is this first WP site I have developed, so please be gentle.  That said, I really appreacite any specific feedback on how I can make the appearce more appealing, and also any suggestions on layout, what is missing, what widgets I need etc.  THANKS!!!

I think it would look better if the wrap didn't have a border on it, especially the header area. The top nav would stand out more if it was different, maybe with a background color. Right now, it's a little difficult to see. Same with the copyright and back to top text.

Be certain to preview sites on larger monitors/ higher resolutions.. Your target market will be a few die hards but more likely people with disposable incomes (means they can afford higher end computers/monitors).

I'm at 1900 X 1200 and I think it probably doesn't look the way you want it to.

You may want to consider either moving the videos off the front page, or finding a way to cache them. The homepage loaded slowly and likely will lose you visitors accustom to more responsive load times.

    Hi

You're off with a good start. Keep it up.

Top nav: I agree with the previous comments, you most def need to do something about the background on that.

The use of slideshows down the blog roll made it super confusing scrolling down the site.

There is maybe a little too much visual clutter around the site. The AdWords could be integrated more visually appealing.

    Keep it up

Bump for more feedback!  This is the first wordpress site I have developed (usually work in Adobe Muse) and wow- whole different ballgame.  Since my first post, we have made many changes.  I am finally at the point were I am starting to be happy with the general layout and now have lots of questions about minor design tweaks and how to get things the way I want- like header orientation, sidebar properties, etc.  Thanks for your help identifying ways I can further improve this site.  Cheers!

Page background makes top menu hard to read, perhaps add a background to the menu.
