Looking For Developer for Page Template

I'm looking for a genesis developer that can create a page template for me. I'm using the Sample Child Theme and need some help. I've uploaded a picture representing what I would like.

I'm not sure how to attach an image to the request. Hopefully, you can tell what I'm looking for.

Yes, front page and category pages. My site teaches people to use their Android smartphones.

I have category pages for specific models of smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC One, etc. Similar to a homepage or landing page but mostly as a starting point for tutorials for each model.

I want SEO optimized content for part of the page and then links to model specific (GS5, HTC One) articles in the grid loop below.

Does that make any sense at all?
