Logo not resizing when mobile (News Pro)

Not sure what's happening but if you have a spare second I could use a 2nd set of eyes.
The site is http://www.fresyes.com/
Built on NewsPro
Recently migrated to a new server.
The logo is the correct size and added via the customizer.
When width is dropped below a certain size the media queriesshould be resizing the logo but they are not.

Looking at the under 600px wide media query:
.header-image .site-header .site-title a {
background-size: contain !important;
}

That should be working, right?

Yeh but there is still..

.header-image .site-title a {
   width: 450px;
}

causing the logo to go off the screen at smaller widths. Adding a max-width: 100% inside the mobile media query will fix it.
