    I am locked out of my account. This happen to anyone else. They don't make it  easy to contact them either. The only form I could find forced me to select the reason for contacting them as a pre-sale question. Pretty frustrating to say the least. Never had a problem accessing my account before.

    Yeah, I can access that page but there is nothing on it that implies it's for members. I've been a member for a pro theme pack member for couple of years and have always been able to access all themes.
