I just purchased Luscious for my new blog. I have Genesis and Luscious uploaded to my server but no content added. I worked on tweaking the design with MAMP. My question is can I just connect and upload just my stylesheet and the plug-ins or would I have to do a whole website transfer?

Send your child themes folder to zip and install it on a live installation of WordPress.

Or upload the folder using FTP to your wp-content > Themes folder
