    I created a very simple form and everything looks and works OK with the exception of the alignment of a checkbox field and its label. I would like for the field label to line up next to the checkbox, i.e., side by side on the same line. Currently, in Firefox, the checkbox is centered and the label is on the line below it. In Safari the checkbox is left justified and the label is on the line below it.

    I've included a link to the site below. The checkbox is near the bottom of the page.
