I am using Navigation Pro theme for quite a few time and I am not satisfied with the support received on queries and multiple email communications.
First thing first, theme no doubt has a wonderful layouts and customizations. At the same time, being a new theme, it also has some bugs reported on various platforms. Yet, none from studiopress is willing to provide roadmap on troubleshooting and coming with the the update for fixes.
