Jetpack Tiled Galleries not working

I have installed jetpack and activated the tiled galleries module on my website. I have gone into the pages to add a gallery and the mosiac, circular, etc. options are not showing up as options. I am connected to wordpress.com and can't figure out why it won't work. Here is one of the pages I am trying to get the plugin to work...

and I don't need a fancy mosaic layout, I just want the speaker's name and business name to show up BELOW the picture not as a hover. Basically, I think the jetpack gallery is not working. Is there another plugin that adds to the basic wordpress gallery option without having to re-create all the galleries?

Sorry that your post went unanswered for so long.
The posts on this forum are mostly answered by volunteers and sometimes questions are overlooked or get pushed out-of-view.
