    Dear Friend,

    I’ve problem to translate the “Search Form Box” in the Serenity Theme,

    I’ve these:

    - WordPress 3.6
    - Serenity Child Theme 1.0.2
    - Genesis Framework 1.9.2

    When I had the Genesis version 1.8.1 search box was perfectly translated into Spanish and when I update the version of genesis, that translation disappeared, and now is in English.

    How do I translate that?

    Regards,

    Hola,
    Se puede usar algo así.... Lo siento, no sé como se llaman los cosas en el menu en español.... In English:
    Appearance.... Editor.... functions.php

    and this code can be put in there. Por supuesto Vd. puede cambiar la palabra en el ejemplo:

    add_filter('genesis_search_text', 'dc_custom_search_text');
    function dc_custom_search_text( $text ) {
       return esc_attr( 'Buscar' );
    }

    Ciao,
    Dave
