Issue with Mailchimp sign up form on my page

Hi everyone,

I'm using the Generate Pro theme and I have included a sign up form (using Mailchimp) on one of my landing pages. The issue is that when we enter the email address in the sign up form and press submit, basically nothing happens. The sign up works, but it's very confusing because the reader doesn't have any confirmation or acknowledgment.

Mailchimp says that it has to do with a Javascript interference...the issue is that my page doesn't have anything else than this sign up form so I don't know what it could be interferring with, nor how I could fix it. Could it be something to do with the Generate Pro theme?

Has anyone come across this issue and found a fix?

Hi Thibault,

if it is a Javascript problem, it´s more likely a plugin is causing it.

But nobody can say anything for sure without a link to the website.
