Is there a way to paginate long Pages rather than Posts?

I want to create a page that has a series of 5 steps. I had put these steps into a toggler, but I'd rather they be visible from the start with pagination for each step within that single page post.

Is this possible?

Thanks Brian. I figured that out, but now I'm struggling to find a way to add Next and Previous links at the top and/or bottom of the page.

The arguments don't appear to be filterable with Genesis, so you'll need to dig into http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_link_pages & write some custom code.
