I would like to update my wordpress website http://www.valepestcontrol.co.uk (which is about 8 months old) to a wordpress responsive theme framework suitable for phones, laptops desktops etc. - have been considering "genesis responsive themes - executive"

I wanted to know if I would be able to achieve all of the following website requirements using this theme.
I would like to change the layout of the site to create a greater response from it; currently it is reasonably well placed in google searches (can always do better), but it does not get as many calls for action as I would expect and think this is to do with the on page design.

I am coming up with a logo design to incorporate in the header and would also like to add a few logos of organisations we belong to or may be involved with (CHAS, NPTA, CRRU, IPAF, Killgerm, GBMC) at the bottom of the page.

There will be the main page, 3 customer type specific pages, some general pages about pests, a shop area, adword campaign pages, blog pages.

The purpose of the main page is to have a “Call for Action” button which requests they call now or leave some info in a form to be texted to a mobile so I can call them straight back.  It will also allow entry to 3 other pages – Residential customer, Commercial customer, Bird control customer. There is to be no menu bar on this page.

The three sub pages will be written specifically orientated to the needs of the customer type. There will be a menu bar on these pages and a “Call for action” button.
The menu bar will only allow customers of each specific type onto pages relevant to their type.
Their will be a discreet link to the pest directory on the side menu bar

I would also like to set up a section to sell pest control products to be split into trapping products, rodent control products, insect control products,

Need to be able to create landing pages for specific google adword ppc campaigns with no menu or other exits other than a “call to Action” button

Additional requirements needing to be incorporated:
Facility to place video into site but in a way that is fast for download and not showing other videos after it has been viewed
    Facility for entering reviews
Need to be able to add pages of the various types as required
Need to have facility to take payments
Pages to be fully SEO for main search engines

Social marketing facility for Twitter, Linked in, Google+, Facebook etc

Any advice on this would be welcomed or any recommendations too

    Thanks in advance

The Executive Theme as will any other Studiopress Responsive themes will work for you since you are already using WordPress. Here are my thoughts.

You are already using Yoast SEO but I don't think it's configured properly as I don't see any keywords being added to your posts among other things.
As for using landing pages - you can create your own landing pages or for better SEO you could use Premise.
For video - will you want video on the home page and/or internal pages. Before you select a theme to purchase - review the responsive themes to see what "widgetized" area are available that have been pre-configured to develop your home page to fit your videos. This will save some time because if you select a theme that doesn't have, let's say, a slider or widget area already in a place where you want it - then you will have to hack the code - probably come here and ask someone how to do it. But really, really review the themes and how they look based on the content you want to put in there - this will save you a lot of time and frustration later on.
The additional features you've listed can be accomplished either internally or by installing a plugin.

But.. the key (at least for me) is to review the Responsive themes, their structures and try to envision the content you already have in it's place.

Thank you anitac - couple of questions if you don't mind.

I am on a steep learning curve which started with the discovery of wordpress last year and an intense period of work on the website, and am about to do the same again to try to improve it

"You are already using Yoast SEO but I don’t think it’s configured properly as I don’t see any keywords being added to your posts among other things." -  seems like I'm missing something here, I thought I was using it properly - will have to investigate that further, as i do fill in the keyword section on the Yoast plugin for most pages - any pointers?  Thank you.

The contact now button is going to be a very important feature - would that be something that is placed as a plugin on a sidebar or can it be positioned anywhere?

Different menus can be turned on and off as required on the various pages? - this will also be an important feature

Videos are viewed using slider or widget areas? - i'm still trying to create videos that are reasonably suitable and decent and will look to place one on each major page.

"But.. the key (at least for me) is to review the Responsive themes, their structures and try to envision the content you already have in it’s place" - this makes total sense thank you.
