So I have seen another issue already here in the forums - http://www.studiopress.community/topic/site-shows-wrong-on-safari-iphone-after-ios-upgrade-to-9-0-2/

BUT I noticed this ONLY on the post pages - http://glui.me/?i=5g0hhw44qvosnpd/2015-10-14_at_9.55_AM.png/

The above is in the developer tools in Chrome, BUT in Safari on my MacBook Pro it looks fine when on the 6 and 6S

What am I missing?

This is mobile only as far as I can tell.
