Internet Explorer Issues

Both IE 10 and 11 are giving me issues working within the dashboard of WP.
I also get an error message within a red box telling me I am using an insecure browser.
I cannot change most settings. For example-

If I try to change the default layout options it is non responsive.
Everything works fine in Firefox but I don't use that as fonts will not display correctly.

If I switch to compatibility mode the site displays with various layout issues and is not usable.

Any advice would be appreciated.

OK, so am I the only one using IE and having issues?
Today, I cannot change ANY settings within the dashboard of WP.

Everything was fine before upgrading to the Pro html5 theme.
WordPress say it's my end but everything is up to date; both IE and windows 7.

Are there any solutions for me?

Thank you for that, looking into it now.

I tried the examples but they don't change anything.
ALL of my computer software and drivers are up to date.

This is very frustrating as it's been going on for months now.
The only way I can build and work on the site is using Firefox to make changes and then return to IE (as Firefox display so badly on my system)

OK, so here is the layout selection area in WP.
By default I have the full content selected but if I try to select another it will not respond.
The mouse click will not allow me to select anything.

This most likely issue with IE. Can you confirm operating system and IE version you are using now? Also, to get started isolating the issue:

1. Remove all toolbars (or disable them).
2. Update Java on PC open http://www.java.com/en/
3. Delete all temporary stuff on PC, use ccleaner for automated cleanup http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

I have done all of this before to no avail. (CCleaner is a great program btw)
This issue has been here for months now and no one, even WordPress can figure it out.

I'm using windows 7 Home Premium with all updates and IE 11.

It did this with IE 10 also.

Can you install Genesis Sample Theme and then change layout of the theme to isolate if issue is with the specific child theme?

If issue still happens, send me login details of your website at iguiding AT gmail DOT com - I will check if issue happens on my PC.

Coppyblogger emailed me yesterday to advice of a bug or incompatibility within genesis and wordpress.
It will be fixed in the next update.
