Images not showing in RSS feed

Hi there,

I have had a functioning RSS feed with featured images in the past, but since changing my theme and host, there seems to have been some disruption. I have been able to restore the feed and featured images for both my original feed and Feedburner, however, the featured images don't seem to be read by all readers.

I get this message when I check the validity of the feed with Feedburner:
This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.

line 25, column 403: description should not contain relative URL references: //feeds.feedburner.com/~r/notesofnomads/~4/TYuHh1Obq3E (10 occurrences) [help]

Currently, I cannot see images in my Bloglovin' feed, for example. If you scroll down you can see the images from when the RSS feed was in full working order and the change to no featured image when I switched over to Studiopress and a new host --> https://www.bloglovin.com/blog/4812887

How can I rectify this situation? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
