I have created two anchor links on the page /developers. Both work within page. However, I want to use an image DOWNLOAD SDK on a number of other pages to link to the #SDK anchor.

    Nothing seems to work. See

http://redpark.wpengine.com/developers/#sdk/ is on page but browser goes to

    http://redpark.wpengine.com/services/developers/

any reference to the #SDK is stripped out

All that happens is link goes to /developers but not to the #SDK anchor at end of page. Do anchors work within Genesis columns?

What am I doing wrong in the syntax for the a href portion of the imnage link?

Remove the a name thing you have in your anchor. Change the h4 there to be h4 id="sdk" and then remove the trailing / from your link. So, redpark.wpengine.com/developers/#sdk should work.

Example link (the h2 is set for an id="list"). HTH

I've tried this and still does not work.

    on page

    http://redpark.wpengine.com/console-cable-c2-rj45v/

I have the a href for the image DOWNLOAD SDK pointing to

    http://redpark.wpengine.com/developers/#sdk

And browser goes to top of page of http://redpark.wpengine.com/developers/

    The #SDK is stripped out

    On further testing.

The anchor for #sdk work fine within the page at redpark.wpengine.com

    AND

One can point browser DIRECTLY to http://redpark.wpengine.com/developers/#sdk and go to the anchor (sdk form) no problem

But if you click on the image on another page or post on the site with the 'a href' pointing to the same URL, either wordpress or genesis strips out the #sdk

    You can try it at

    page example

    http://redpark.wpengine.com/console-cable-c2-rj45v/

    post example

    http://redpark.wpengine.com/ttl-serial-cable-c2-ttl/

I don't see your SDK link on the console cable page, but on the serial cable page, your link is missing a / (it's http:/redpark...), which is screwing up the link, although even then it did correctly send me to the #sdk id--in Chrome, may be different in another browser.
