    How do I fix the image captions so if multiple lines they do not overlap each other? This is especially prevalent when viewing the image caption on a tablet or cellphone. Thank you.

    Oh, I see. Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Add this code. It needs a line-height.

    .site-container .wp-block-image figcaption {
        line-height: 1.3;
    }
