I've successfully installed the WooCommerce plugin, as well as Genesis Connect for WooCommerce and the Storefront Powerpack. I'm currently using a third-party Genesis theme from Appfinite called inSync. In looking at my WordPress dashboard, I now have two new tabs. One for WooCommerce, the other for Products.

So, where is my WooCommerce store? Do I need to build that from scratch with a new page? Or should I created a subdomain with a separate WordPress install and used the WooCommerce StoreFront theme?

I'm totally confused. Any help on the best way to integrate a WooCommerce store in Genesis is greatly appreciated.

Are you setup the WooCommerce? Are you created all WooCommerce pages and setup them from WooCommere -> Settings -> Product Tab?

If you add some products and your theme have inbuilt CSS for WooCommerce then your products will display at yoursitedomain/shop page. See the live demo here http://gbeaver.wpbeaverworld.com/shop/ . Shop, My Account, Cart, Checkout etc pages are automatically created by WooCommerce.

You do not need sub-domain and any other third party theme (storefront). Genesis is fully compatible with WooCommerce.

Yep, it was a lot easier than I thought. Thanks!

Which WooCommerce extensions do find are the most helpful for Genesis installs?
