    Hi,

    I cannot access My StudioPress account including downloads, get help, account info, my purchases and tutorials. I want to access them to check my details as well as download the framework and plugins. How do I go about this? My email for My StudioPress is the same one I used for this forum.

    Have you did a forgot password and have the password emailed to you?  You can use this link to send an email to support.

    Ok, I'll use that link.

    By the way, I forgot to mention that I'm able to login into my account and I've tried reseting the password but when I login, I still get the same problem.

    Same here. I can log into the forums, but logging into my.studiopress.com results in landing on the themes page no matter what I click, and all the links under the My Studiopress menu on the right have locks next to them.
