We have a Genesis childtheme that works well on desktop displays, with media queries that allow the site to adjust to screen sizes down to 320. It works fine when viewed on a desktop. Even with a Chrome window re-sized down as narrow as it'll go, the site responds well and looks as we intended. On mobile phones, however, we see something quite different. It shows a menu bar at the top, the site heading and tagline, then a page title, and that's about it! In the footer it has a link to "View Full Site" and when that's clicked we see exactly what we wanted to see. It seems that this link loads OUR stylesheet, but some default Genesis stylesheet is loaded on mobile devices initially.
What is that default mobile stylesheet called, and how can we avoid it being loaded?

Not sure if I was unclear, or I simply don't understand the solution you've linked me to.
We already have that "View Full Site" link. I don't need to add it as it's part of the default mobile display that Genesis is using. On mobile, Genesis loads a default mobile stylesheet that I don't want loaded. I want it to use the style.css file in my childtheme. When Genesis's default mobile page is displayed, and we click that "view full site" link, then we get to see the site displayed using my stylesheet. I want my childtheme's stylesheet to be the default for mobile and desktop.
