Hi all - we have just moved our site to the Genesis Framework and the Metro Pro theme. Done most of the work on it for now but we are having issues with the breadcrumb.

I've searched the forums and tutorials/code snippets on details on how to disable the post title in the breadcrumb. The closest I got was this code snippet but it doesn't give any details on how to disable the post title.

Anyone with a better brain than me shed light on what to do?

    Thanks,

    Stephan Whelan

    Hi,

I'm having a similar problem. I want to use a custom text in my breadcrumb and not the Post title.

    Can anyone help?

    Cheers,
    PJ

I found the answer after a couple of conversations with Jennifer in Studiopress Support...

    Specific code details here: http://www.billerickson.net/code/remove-post-title-from-breadcrumb/

A bunch of useful code snippets including changing the breadcrumb: http://www.billerickson.net/genesis-quick-tips/

Sadly the Bill code didn't work for me.
