How to move tags in header in Essence Pro and remove link ?

Hi all,

1/ I'm trying to move tag line in Essence Pro theme, just under title, and entry-meta line (located in "header-hero" div).

I've tried many things and best results were when using following code (but tag line appears above the title and not under) :

remove_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_post_meta' );
add_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_post_meta' );

What could be wrong ?

2/ in the past i was using following code to remove wrapping a href tags around words but seems doesn't works anymore :

add_filter( 'the_category', 'no_links' );
      function no_links($thelist) {
        return preg_replace('#<a.*?>([^<]*)</a>#i', '$1', $thelist);
 }

Any idea about something wrong ?
