How to make a tap to call phone number for responsive theme?

That article is great but they don't say which file we should add the code to, ha! 🙁 ... could you say where it goes please? - I'd like it to show either above or below the header. Many thanks again 🙂

I found that if you add a text widget with a phone number in it to the header right, it automatically becomes tappable.

(do you by any chance know how to make the border stick to the size of the genesis responsive slider as in the link above? I've made the border now but can't get it to be the same size as the slider. I'm getting a bit desperate about this as have to finish the site this weekend! This is the site:
