How to get title tag for images?

While uploading an image I have filled both the alt and title tag but I see only alt tag in the HTML source
How to fix this problem?

I had to use SEO Friendly Images plugin to fix it. But I am not happy, it is using the post title as ALT and title tag

I want it to use whatever I entered when I uploaded an image

Try using http://wordpress.org/plugins/restore-image-title/ instead.

I used restore image title, it doesn't work

I installed "restore image title" plugin on my personal blog. Will not add any other plugin.

Do you get the Title tag? The Alt tag can be seen in the HTML source.

Please guide on what should be done to get Title tag to work.

I am having the same problem. This is not good at all as all of my image titles are gone, and it's hurting seo...

Does anyone have any answer to this? I hope someone at Studio Press knows what is happening with the image titles.

It is actually working for me for "new posts" added after installation of the plugin
For old posts it doesn't fix

For e.g. it works on http://www.karnataka.com/mysore/mysore-zoo/
