Hello, I'm trying to pull all posts from particular categories and have the output formatted with a smaller image and excerpt rather than the whole post. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks,

I would start with something like this:

Create a Category Template in WordPress Genesis

I would add some code to the template to change the excerpt length:

    Post Excerpts

    or

    http://www.shilling.id.au/2012/10/22/genesis-framework-how-to-show-experts-or-full-content-on-archive-pages/
if you aren't already using excerpts.

Then, I would add a custom body class (for easier styling, and making it easier to add more categories later):

    Custom Body Class

And then, using the new body class we added I would use CSS to change the image size, and tweak you design.

This should get you started 🙂
