MemberI have a question regarding the Pure Elegance theme by Oh Hello designs but in order to log into the help section there I need a transaction ID and a copy of my receipt to get access to the support area. Is there somewhere in the my studiopress area that lists the transaction id's? I feel like I'm going a bit crazy because I swear at one point moments ago I saw a link for 'purchases' and even clicked on it and saw a list of the kits I'd purchased (not listed in the same way as they are under 'downloads'). Is this possible? And if so, would that be where I need to go to find transaction ID's? I'm also unable to find my receipt email to provide a copy. Am I missing an area where we can pull that information since the forums are now handled separately for community themes? I guess I got a bit spoiled when we had automatic access to the forums once we'd purchased a child theme. 🙁

KeymasterThe transaction ID should be in your email where you purchased the theme. If you click the link in the email where you download the theme - you can also see the transaction ID in the navigation bar.

MemberI'm having trouble finding my emailed receipt. I've found receipts for themes purchased before and after that one but not for that particular theme. I can request a copy through the customer support but I guess I was also curious if I'd just imagined a 'purchases' link or if you can only access it from certain pages on the site. I feel a bit lost yet with the new areas and feel like every now and then I stumble through a rabbit hole but then can't find my way back. 🙂

KeymasterNo, I don't think the purchase links are inside our profile area. If you go to My.Studiopress.com then Downloads - only the themes are there. No purchase information.

ParticipantHi there,
I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. If you hover over My StudioPress in the menu at the top of this page, one of the drop downs is a link to "My Purchases". That should have the information you're looking for. If you still can't find it, please feel free to contact me directly through my contact form with your question and I'll be glad to help you out. http://ohhellodesigns.com/contact/

KeymasterUnfortunately Susan, there is a list - but the transaction ID's are not there. It merely a list of themes that were purchased. The date isn't even next to it. To know what date you purchased it on - you need to click the Download link and there you will see the Purchase Date. If you hover over the Version of the them you purchased - it will provide you a Download ID. I still recommend doing it the way I suggested or sending in a Support ticket with the old email address you used to purchase the theme.

MemberNot your fault at all Susan. I think it's just a matter of adjusting to the new format here. It's my own fault for losing my email receipt. I'll see if I can get the transaction ID through customer service. Anita helped me out in another thread on my current question but I think I'll want login access to your support area in case I need help on a future install. I love the theme and hope to use it more often. 🙂
Anita, I see the current version listed in the download link and the date (I believe) is the date the latest version was released. I don't see a purchased date anywhere. And oddly enough I now see 'my purchases' listed under the my studiopress dropdown but that's where I was sure I'd seen it earlier last night and it was gone when I'd originally posted this question. Possible glitch?
