How to find the JS code that initiates the scroll to id function?

I am using Altitude pro child theme and I am trying to find where the .js file is that is behind the scroll to effect when a menu item is clicked on, but I am having issues trying to hunt it down using the Chrome Dev Tools > Sources section.

If anyone can provide some help here that would be great!

It's in the /js file folder of the theme.

I know that, but there are several .js files in there and I wanted to know if there is a way to detect which specific file is controlling this effect using the Chrome Dev Tools.

I found the JS file, it's in the home.js file, but there must be a way to detect the file using web dev tools.

@the-ratzenator You didn't provide that much information to the forum that you knew that. If you open the file you will see a Home file and inside that file is the SCROLL TO code.

Sometimes just opening up files and looking in there, you'll find some of those things. It's part of the learning process.

That's because I had just found it and besides, it was irrelevant since the primary concern is if there are tools that exist that can identify which .js file is responsible for a certain effect.

I can take this to stackoverflow, that's no problem, but wanted to ask here.
