Try the Genesis > SEO settings > Robots Meta Settings

Indexing

Apply noindex to Category Archives?
Apply noindex to Tag Archives?
Apply noindex to Author Archives?
Apply noindex to Date Archives?
Apply noindex to Search Archives?
