I'm creating a "Join Now" page. Within that page I would like for people to be able to submit their name and email so that I can send them reoccurring emails during my 30 Day Challenge program.

You could use the Genesis eNews Extended plugin.

I have that plugin for my newsletter subscribers. How can I use it on a page and create a different email list out of it?

    Thanks for your quick response!
