    Hi,

    How can change the background color of my table of contents to make it stand out?

    I use customizr pro on some of my sites and have added this code in the "additional CSS" section under appearance and it works fine but it doesn't seem to work with the Genesis Lifestyle child theme.

    blockquote {
       background: yellow;
    }

    Can you please advise a fix?

    Regards,

    Mark

    You don't have any blockquotes on your example page, so changing the background color of a blockquote element won't do anything. If you want to change the background for the entire table of contents, wrap it all in a div with your own class and apply the color change to the div. If you want each individual link changed, apply the background to link element.
