how to create a scrolling sidebar area in news pro theme

Dear fo all community
i'm new in this community, recently i look for scrolling sidebar plugin wordpress and then i found it, such : Q2W3 Fixed plugin, but it did not work well and causing any conflicts such as broken images, i want to ask for all, is there a plugin,code or other setting in order to create a scrolling sidebar in news Pro Theme..??
