How To Create a Custum Page Template

I like to create a simple custom page template in which all I want to do is to remove the page title.

so far I have created a page_products.php file inside the child theme folder. I do not know if this is going in the right direction but so far I have this:

/*
Template Name: productos_page
*/

/** Remove the title */
remove_action( 'genesis_after_content_wrap', 'the_title()');


genesis();

But this isn´t doing it so what I am missing?
