    how to change the font of eleven40? I want to use this font LeagueGothicRegular.

    You're going to have to change out the Google Web Font with either a TypeKit font such as League Gothic or add an @font-face font to do this.

    I've dabbled some with @font-face and had a horrible time with it. It's a huge challenge to get them to render well across all platforms. Google Web Fonts and Type Kit fonts are much easier to implement. Typekit has instructions on how to use their fonts.
