    1. The background color of my navigation theme is black and I would like to change it to gold (cc9933). How can I change it?

    2. There is a twitter icon on the right hand side of the navigation menu (2nd row). How can I remove the twitter icon?

    When I put the cursor over the navigation drop down menu, I can not see the list until I take the cursor down. How ca I change it?

    There is a twitter icon on the right hand side that is creating a second navigation menu. How can I remove the twitter icon?

    Looks like line 443 in your stylesheet - change to below.
    #nav li li a:visited {
    background: nne;
    background-color: #cc9933;

    Gloria:

    Your navigation bar is an image. http://thankgoditismonday.com/wp-content/themes/corporate/images/nav.png, which is black. (Your navigation hover is also an image).

    You can either change the color of the image, or remove the image, and change the color in the CSS in that area.

    I don't see the Twitter icon on your site, but if it's there, it's been added under Genesis > Theme Settings > Primary Navigation > Enable Extras > Twitter link. You can remove it from there.

    As Susan said, you can remove the image. The code for  #nav is on line 377 of your theme style sheet. I don't see the twitter icon either.

    Gloria - you had started two threads in the same forum at approximately the same time - it looks like both posts received responses. I have merged the two threads.
