    Hi guys,

I am new to Genesis framework.

I would like to change the entry title heading tag on blog page from H1 to H2 for SEO purposes. Is there anyway to change it?

    Thank you in advance.

Assuming your are using an HTML5 theme then don't bother. Single H1 tags per page only really applies to non HTML5 sites, and is 'old SEO' that gets churned out of automated tools.

I still would like to know what the hook filter is for this. I would prefer to use h2 tags on a custom loop for custom post type. I prefer to keep h1 tag for website name. This is for semantics and styling preferences.

    Hi

    Based on http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/entry-header/

it would be genesis_entry_header_markup_open and genesis_entry_header_markup_close for html5
