How to add phone number and social media icons to header?

Hello,

I need to place my phone number next to social media icons in the header. I've looked at all the popular social media plugins, and they don't seem to allow you to add a phone number next to the social media icons. How can this be done? I would like the user to be able to edit the social media icons and phone number ideally.
