    (old) Church theme - I see the Appearance/customization button lets me add a title to ALL the pages on the old Church theme and it's easy too add individual titles and descriptions to posts, but how do add a individual title and description to the Home page?

    Where it would drive the Google title line on their result page. The "customization' option on the Appearance tab puts a title in, but on every page as a heading. On a post you can put a custom title and description in, but don't see how to do it for the home page.
