How to add an ID to the Entry Title

I'm adding some accessibility features onto a site built on Genesis, and I'm having a tough time with what feels like a simple task. How do I change this:

<h1 class="entry-title">

to this:

<h1 class="entry-title" id="content">

Reason: to add a skip link.

What's a skip link? --> http://make.wordpress.org/accessibility/wp-accessibility-plugin/#c2

Hi,

I would be interested to add an ID to category page entry-title link, entry-image and read more.
How would I do this?
