I am using the Going Green template and ask for someone to run through this with me:

It has one set of sidebar widgets for all pages. I want the home page layout with one set of widgets (including the newsletter sign up) but potentially may want the second page to have the same layout with different widgets on the sidebar. I think I could do this customization if someone could point me in the right direction.
