The featured images appears in blog posts.
I've been having this issue for the past month since we launched this site. I'm not sure if it is an issue with Genesis or the theme that I am using. I'm also new to Genesis but I have experience with other frameworks/themes, and this is the first time I've encountered an issue like this.

It is not Genesis Issue. Your Child theme have a code. Can you upload the functions.php file's code on pastebin.com and share the pastebin link? Then we can check the code and give you the right direction.
