How do you add Google Adsense code to your Posts

How do you add Google Adsense code to your Posts BOTH under the:

1. Title of the post AND
2. At the end of the post but before the comments.

I went into Adsense and said get code. This is what I got:
(I've changed my code by replacing the customer info)

What do I have to do to get this ad to show up on the page.

I have Genesis and Executive child theme installed.
I have also installed a few other plugins that I thought I might need in advance. They are:

• Genesis Simple Hooks
• Genesis Simple Edits

I have JUST started using Genesis so I have heard of Hooks but I have no idea how I really go about using them. Any help I would really appreciate and I want to thank you for in advance!
