As you can tell I don't know the name of this feature. When you do a serarch and get a list of possible matches in for instance Google - you often see the main website, then under that a list of for instance "About XX", "Blog" etc.

How do I decide what is shown there? How do I manage which categories/pages/posts are visible in the search views my website pop up in? I have wondered for years!

    Thank you

That's called Google Sitelinks - https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/47334?hl=en. You cannot control what is displayed there. Google makes that decision.
